Submit a New Signing Order

You understand and agree that payment for services will be required prior to the signing unless other payment terms have been established prior to the signing. You understand and agree that Mountain View Notary LLC and/or its assignees will not be responsible for the content of the documents being signed; we are only witnessing the signing of the documents once we have established and confirmed the identity of the signers listed on the documents. If for any reason the signer refuses to sign the documents at the closing table, we will be entitled to partial compensation for the expenses incurred including document printing and travel. You also agree that you will have a representative of your company available via phone during the scheduled signing time should the Notary or Signer have any questions about the terms or contents of the documents.
